3.follow the instructions on the screen and fill in your details

4.choose a method of payment

5. after the payment is done the transaction is concluded

Consumers have a right to a cooling-off period of 7 working days after the product has been delivered. A product may be returned within this period, whereby the only costs for which a consumer is liable are the postage costs of returning the product. The costs of return(s) are to be carried by the purchaser. The product is to be returned to our warehouse ad- dress: BLOOM Holland, Elswoutslaan 2 , 2051 AE Overveen. The vendor is not entitled to charge the purchaser any dispatch or administration costs



All BLOOM products are covered by the uniform BLOOM manufacturer's warranty period of 12 months. If you have a justified complaint, we will be happy to help you with this. BLOOM  may choose to send you a replacement, provide you with a replacement part, or refund the purchase price to you.

NB; You are not entitled to a replacement or repair or reimbursement of your product in the following cases:


  • Damage caused by repair not performed by BLOOM or a third party designated by BLOOM;
  • If changes or modifications have been made to the product; Incorrect maintenance;
  • If the product has been used for purposes other than that intended;
  • Wear and tear  due to intensive outdoor use, such as leaving the products in the rain; also with outdoor products, they cannot remain outside indefinitely. (except for the pots)
